Way back in November I was honored with an award from a fellow blogger – someone I quietly read and smiled with, shook my head with and just liked; may I introduce  you to:  Aimee over at Momma’s June Bugs.

The rules (and you know me: giant rule follower) dictate that I share ten honest things about myself and then pass this award to seven other bloggers out there I’m enjoying some honesty from right now.  Linking is of course optional and loved.

1. I’m writing some place new and I’m really nervous about it – it’s about a topic that I’m hoping will lead me to some fun new career opportunities and I’m kind of wondering if anyone noticed I was there (besides the awesome women running the show of course).  Check out my latest post and leave me a comment.
2. I’ve never purchased a make up bag.  I’ve always been lured to the free bonus items at the cosmetic counters and a make up bag seems to be included in all of those – I use approximately none of the stuff and then I have a bag.  The bag currently holding my cosmetics is from 2000.
3. I’m back on coffee – I’m not abusing the coffee – just one cup (or two) and I’m glad – I missed the warmth of a cup of coffee in my hands.  I’m committed to not abusing caffeine again….but if you see me shaking maybe remind me of that.
4. I love christmas stockings more then the rest of the presents – I’m not sure why I find shaving cream and toothbrushes so exciting but the thrill of just unwrapping stuff from my stocking is just plain fun.
5. When I was an on the road consultant (which was before I was a in my house consultant) my boss Hal got me hooked on Black Sambuca – at the end of a client dinner we’d sit in the hotel bar me and the guys (I was usually the only estrogen) and have three coffee beans in our Sambuca – those were some really fun times with some really great work.  When I have a long day (like today) I enjoy a small glass and remember work hard – play hard.
6. My personal situation is changing and it has me off balance…I know I’ll get back to balance but I’m not sure how and it has me equal parts excited and scared out of my Nutella loving mind.
7. I have a crush on Sweets from Bones – sure, I like Booth who doesn’t want to wake up next to HIM?  But Sweets is….sweet and I kinda like the slightly geeky guys.
8. I’m ready for 2010 – I’m working on some really exciting projects that are going to come to fruition in 2010 and I have a really good feeling about the year and whats ahead for all of us.  And frankly, I’d just like to close this year out as quietly and peacefully as possible.
9. I love white t-shirts.  I LOVE them.  No….that’s not even right.  I LURRRRRVE them.  Tank Tops, T-Shirts, Long Sleeves, V-neck, scoop neck, ballet neck (my favorite and hardest to find), Crew Neck.  White T-Shirts.  I could wear a white t-shirt (with something over it – accessory – something) every single day of the week.  If someone really wanted to just blow me away they’d buy me a stack of White T-Shirts.  I love them.
10. Painted finger nails – I love the idea of them – I love them on other people but when I see my own finger nails painted I think they look awful and weird.  I’m not going to give up though – I’m going to try again with this.
